The villa is situation on the beautiful Lance Aux Epinés Bay, conveniently located and a  ten minute drive to the Maurice Bishop International Airport and from the centre of St. George’s, the capital city.

There are three beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches and rocky coves, all of which are in walking distance of the villa.  A little further down the lane is Prickly Bay, a mere ten minute walk from the villa.  This area has a variety of facilities including a mini-market and a marina with a reasonable bistro and bar area.   Outdoor Bingo ala Caribbean style is played on a Friday night.  Well worth a visit and such fun too!  Good supermarkets are close by at Grand Anse. Here, you will find many of Grenada’s leading hotels, bars, restaurants, banks and shopping malls plus many other day and night-time attractions.

The beautiful Caribbean island of Grenada is home to dozens of stunning beaches and Grand Anse, the serene and famous white golden sands is one of the best of the lot.

We recommend that you hire a car during your stay on the island. We can organise this for you with a leading car hire company on the island (see Car Hire).  For those who prefer to use local transportation “reggae buses.  There is a regular bus service that will take you to and from the Sugar Mill (the central terminus) with connecting buses to other parts of the island.  Visiting loved ones, friends and family at the St George’s University.  The villa is conveniently situated on the other side of the bay.  There is also a regular University bus service within 100 metres from the house taking you to and from the St George’s University campus.
